The Cholesterol Catastrophy Report
The Cholesterol Catastrophy Report by John Miller and Bob “D” has shown to have much needed cholesterol lowering diet information and education.
The Cholesterol Catastrophy Report by John Miller and Bob “D” is an interesting and eye-opening report but offers little evidence of on how to lower cholesterol levels and prevent heart disease. They do; however, offer a keen insight to the problem and present an alternative to prescription drugs.
Medicene.net offers supportive evidence concerning the danger of "trans fats" and how they can wreak havoc on the body's ability to regulate cholesterol. Trans fats, as many know, drive up the LDL (bad) cholesterol, which can lead to the risk of heart disease and stroke.
In addition, Yang offers additional support for an alternative way to lower cholesterol and prevent heart disease. The author relates how his mother underwent a tripple by-pass--due to high cholesterol and that his father died from a clogged artery. This author explains in his online article the importance of lowering one's chlesterol by eating more balanced meals--focusing on fresh fruits and vegetables, moderate exercise and by taking natural supplements.
Yang and the report by John Miller and Bob "D" offer a good insight into how the cholesterol problem is currently being dealt with and suggests that what many are doing to control high levels of cholesterol may be misguided or dangerous. In addition, toward the end of the reports, a suggestion is made on how to address this problem; natural suppliment, mineral offers and a change in a person's lifestyle.
Fruits and vegetables are thought by many to be a nutritious and a healthy way to control one’s diet and perhaps bring down cholesterol. Miller & Deligio suggests otherwise; that most fruits and vegetables are not as nutritionally active as they used to be and the soils, due to pesticides, have been depleted of its nutrient richness.
Fish and shellfish have been promoted by many as a great way to help maintain a healthy heart, and promote growth and development for children. However, their report, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency say that most of the fish and shellfish in our country contain traces of Mercury. And as many of us know, Mercury is one of the most deadly toxins known to man.
Miller & Deligio also address a current and future health threat to everyone; that is, global warming. According to this report and Al Gore, our planet is becoming more polluted every year and “puts further stress upon your body and its ability to handle stress, disease and viral attacks that it is subjected to with each and every breath you take….”
We all know that stress kills by placing huge demands upon our body and mind. According to Miller & Deligio “stresses that are unpredictable and uncontrollable seem to be the greatest culprits.” And, when stress becomes constant and uncontrollable one’s immune system can dysfunction and lose its ability to defend the body against viruses, toxins and diseases.
For years, the answer in controlling high levels of cholesterol is prescription medicine. Granted, for many, medicine can and has been, a life saver; however, according to this report, the side effects for some, can be much worse and costly. And, according to this report, prescription medications often don’t work but “mask and cover the surface problem.” Miller & Deligio
Miller & Deligio suggests that the way to lower cholesterol is to “Empower Your Body With the Nutrients of Life and Watch As It Naturally Regulates Your Cholesterol Levels—Slashing Your Odds of Getting Heart Disease!”
The Cholesterol Report goes on to suggest that there are “a form of minerals that have been shown to reduce free radical generation leaving more antioxidants available for absorption.” Miller & Deligio
Lastly, at the end of their report, the authors suggest that you email them within 48 hours and then they will give you a free 30 minute “Cholesterol Balancing” consultation to privately discuss your ailments and what to do about them.” They say that there is no charge. Miller & Deligio
